Welcome to "This Morning Presenter" DMCA Policy page. "This Morning Presenter" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "This Morning Presenter" service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a notice of alleged infringement with "This Morning Presenter", you must provide a written communication that sets forth the items specified below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights.

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written communication to our designated Copyright Agent. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing the copyrights of others.

  • Identify the material that "This Morning Presenter" has removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., URL of the material).
  • Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "This Morning Presenter" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
  • Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Provide your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for electronic signatures).
